In the basement of the building there is a hydrotherapy operation with 6 stations of additive and bubble baths, one workplace of additive baths with cignolin application, hair cignoline workplace, whirlpool baths of the lower limbs, contrast baths of the lower limbs of the so-called Kneipp bath. Part of hydrotherapy is also a phototherapy workplace, which is connected to balneotherapy. There is also a workplace for the application of paraffinn.

Villa Theresa offers wheelchair access located in the back of the building. The newly built elevator serves all floors, including hydrotherapy in the underground floor. The advantage is the proximity of the Spa House, where there is a complete rehabilitation operation and also the proximity of Villa Grohmann, where there is a central spa dining room and a nice restaurant with outdoor terrace.
